1. About Parvya

Parvya is an AI-powered life planner operated by VORTEXCONES, a product studio registered in India. By creating an account or using any part of Parvya, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Beta product

Parvya is currently in beta. This means features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. We make no guarantee of uptime or data preservation during the beta period, though we take every practical step to protect your data. By using Parvya during beta you acknowledge this inherent risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Parvya. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Parvya is currently available only within India.

4. Account and login

Login is via OTP sent to your registered Indian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your phone number secure. You may not share your account with others. We may suspend accounts that show signs of misuse or fraud.

5. Subscription and billing

• Parvya offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription at ₹299/month (subject to change).
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• In the event of a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund within 14 working days.
• Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to Parvya's API.
• Use Parvya to store, transmit, or process data that is illegal under Indian law.
• Impersonate another person or create accounts for others without their consent.
• Overload our servers with automated requests.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. AI-generated content

Parvya uses AI to generate daily plans, boundary coaching responses, and other recommendations. This content is for personal guidance only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health, finances, or legal situation.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, logos, and code within Parvya are the property of VORTEXCONES and protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part without written permission. Your personal data remains yours — we claim no ownership over tasks, notes, or content you create.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VORTEXCONES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Parvya. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@vortexcones.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving a verified deletion request. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
